How to Return Your Order:

Step 1: Start Your Return

Follow the step-by-step instructions to submit your return request.


Step 2: Receive Your Return Merchandise Authorization Form

Once we receive your request, we'll initiate the return process with Amazon on your behalf. Shortly after, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. This form contains:

Return Mailing Label:

Print out this label, which shows the address of the Amazon fulfillment center that will process your return.

Affix the label securely to the outside of your return package.

Note: You'll need to handle the postage cost initially, but we’ll reimburse you for this expense.

Return Authorization Slip:

This slip, which needs to be placed inside your return package, contains a barcode and descriptions of the items being returned. Ensure the slip is included with the items in the package.


Step 3: Prepare Your Package

Pack the items securely in their original packaging.

Insert the Return Authorization Slip alongside the items.

Secure the package and attach the Return Mailing Label to the outside.


Step 4: Ship Your Return

Send your package using a carrier that provides tracking (to ensure safe delivery).

Save your postage receipt and tracking number for reference.


Step 5: Receive Your Reimbursement

Once the package is received and processed by Amazon, we will reimburse you for the postage cost. Ensure to provide us with the necessary postage receipt or documentation for the reimbursement process.

You may return items within 15 days of your product’s shipping date for a refund, provided:

  •       If you receive damaged or defective item(s); you may return it for replacement or refund within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product in its original packaging. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  •     If a wrong order or item is received, you are to contact us with the order # and explain the issue. Once we investigate the order #, we will then credit the product or issue a call tag to have the order returned. We will reship the correct items.
  •     All returns must have a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?

Not at all! For returns, we've got you covered. You won’t incur any costs for return shipping. We will provide all customers, including those in the U.S., with an Amazon return shipping label.


When Will I Receive My Refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned products, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, which may vary based on your financial institution.


How Long Does an Exchange Take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your new order within 1-2 business days. Exchanging a product might take up to 7 working days.


Will I Be Refunded for Express Shipping?

Please note that express shipping costs are non-refundable.
